The Food Cabbie aims to serve the most delicious and memorable food EVER!

The Food Cabbie is owned/operated by Spiros, pioneer of the Food Truck movement in Toronto and proud instigator of the amendments to the antiquated food truck by laws. Spiros, a native Chef of Napa Valley California, moved to Toronto in 2007 and resumed his passion in the food service industry. Inspired by his previous Chicago Pizza Kitchen in the San Francisco Bay Area, Spiros introduced authentic Chicago-style pizza to the greater Toronto area when he opened the successful Chicago Pizza Kitchen in Vaughan.

2010 saw Spiros invest in a Food Truck. The creative culinary outlet allowed Spiros to better showcase his mouth-watering dishes popular South of the border.

2018 saw the expansion of the Food Cabbie brand with the Food Cabbie Bistro online delivery in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
