The Food Cabbie aims to serve the most delicious and memorable food EVER! The Food Cabbie is owned/operated by Chef Spiros Drossos, pioneer of the food truck movement in Toronto! In collaboration with Rob Ford, Spiros is a proud instigator of the amendments to the antiquated food truck laws.

We recently had Food Cabbie at our daughter's second birthday party. Spiros and his team showed up on time and delivered delicious, quality food. Their service was above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely be hiring them again for future events.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW...BUT DIDN’T THINK ABOUT
Let us know if there is a 115V standard household plug within 100ft of setup. If not we have a generator we will bring. Please let us know 48 hours prior to the event date.
We can always accept tickets that you must provide to your group to make sure we do not go into ‘overage’.
We come between 2-3 hours prior to service.
We turn around 100 guests in about 40 minutes or 35 every 10 minutes.
Size of the truck: roughly speaking spots long and the same width. (34 ft length, 8 ft width)
The serving window is on the passenger side of the truck.
A non-refundable $500 deposit is needed to secure all bookings.
Full balance is taken upon available set-up.
Cheque: Please make cheque payable to FOOD CABBIE BISTRO, PAYMENT is due upon arrival for set-up the day of the event.
